Add the holding enchant from CoFH's mods and their version of Unbreaking which reduce the power consumed by items that use redstone flux.

The Thermal-suite mods are now using 5 tiers for their tiered items/blocks, I think Simply Jetpacks could use an update in that regard to better fit the mods.
