Unknown function: dist#ft# FTVB

Neovim removed the flie that defined these functions in https://github.com/neovim/neovim/commit/042eb74ff1ed63d79f8a642649cd6be6ec4b0eb9. The plugin should be updated to use the new filetype detection functions.

Implement missing function calls and fix shebang detection

My bad, I didn't know that deleting the original repository also affected the pull request.

A nil 'semanticTokensProvider' causes an error when opening multiple source code files if language server was started in `after/ftplugin`

Why not? I would rather keep the configuration of each language server to it's respective filetype. Also I forgot to mention that issues occurs in both `ftplugin` and `after/ftplugin`, and...
