Changing LastDisplayDevice to 'Second' alone doesn't reproduce the issue (though it does make the game boot up on my 2nd monitor) Also setting WindowedSize to 2542x1343 makes it crash again.

Also this is how it looks like in-game  This is with framework.ini in the second (functioning) state (referencing my earlier screenshots) My main monitor resolution is 2560x1440...
