You should be able to do ./autogen.sh, then ./configure --enable-static --disable-shared, make, and sudo make install.

If you've already tried again multiple times, try restoring through iTunes. If that doesn't work, open up your iPhone and unplug the battery. Plug it back in after 30 seconds...

This is completely normal. Unless futurerestore aborted on this error, you can ignore this.
What I did is use Palera1n-c's enter pongoOS shell function, and that worked. Then compile pongoOS without the patch and use pongoterm to communicate with the device. Use /send brix.bin...
