This could be done with the [LuckPerms API](https://luckperms.net/wiki/Developer-API-Usage#the-basics-of-context). So you could set a context to true or false, depending on if the player is in a Worldsystem world or not.

And Luckperms fixed the issue. You can set this long worldnames now.

Ustreamer seems to still depend on the legacy camera support. Not using the WebRTC Stream option and sticking to the MJPEG-streamer seems to not trigger the Ghost Stream
