World names too long for LuckPerms to allow them

Describe the bug The default World names are too long for LuckPerms to set the permission in that world

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run LuckPerms and WorldSystem in the same server, with luckperms connected to MySQL
  2. Give yourself a permission, but with a specified world (your world/any other player world)
  3. You will see the error in-game and in the console
  4. See error

Expected behavior It to set the permission

This could be done with the LuckPerms API. So you could set a context to true or false, depending on if the player is in a Worldsystem world or not.

And Luckperms fixed the issue. You can set this long worldnames now.
