The failure in the second example is originating from `fmt` and occurs to me with C++17, C++20 and C++20 with `SPDLOG_USE_STD_FORMAT`. [Extend spdlog for custom type](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/58898948/extend-spdlog-for-custom-type)
Ok, I may reopen it once I have it working with the new spdlog version.
