Might be the same problem as ios 11.3.1

I fixed this by removing xCon (deleted `/private/var/stash/_.JzRS5Y/DynamicLibraries/xCon.dylib` and `/private/var/stash/_.JzRS5Y/DynamicLibraries/xCon.plist`)

I found a temporary work around for this by disabling passcode when adding vpn profiles.

I'll convert this to swift then add it

@liuxuan30 I no longer own an iPhone, so I can't comment on codesigning. I will leave this PR unmerged for now, because I can't test it.

Android is much easier for hacking (open source, custom kernels/ROMs, no need for $100/yr developer account) Also android phones are cheaper
