I'm not sure if we need to replace OpenTracing with OpenTelementry in v1 since it's already feature complete and API-stable, but I can definitely do it for v2.

Is there a way to compile OpenResty with debug symbols?

`lj-lua-stacks.sxx` keeps saying `semantic error: type definition 'lua_State' not found`, which is probably due to the lack of debug symbols I tried compile OpenResty with `--with-debug`, `--with-cc-opt='-g'` but no luck....
