This makes the Locraw and AutoQueue checking receive cancelled messages, so that even if a mod cancels something it depends on, it still can trigger whatever it needs to do.

Instead of just failing normally, being unable to access the Sk1er API would just refuse to connect the player to Hypixel. This PR fixes that issue
