Could you go to `C:\Users\Ali Tarık\AppData\Local\.ftba\bin` then delete the `runtime` folder. Then try to start the app and install Stoneblock 3, and let me know how it goes.

Bandaid fix but you should be able to add this to your pack: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/neruina . It's called Neruina and it removes ticking entities before they cause a crash.
