Made a small update to properly reference the latest documentation versions and set the minimum version of keda at 2.8.0.

As per https://github.com/SeleniumHQ/selenium/issues/10812 this functionality is getting restored/reverted in 4.6 so this can probably be closed.
Thanks for the update, hope to see resources here soon! I would suggest running through the open pull requests and merging the ones that still make sense to start cleaning...
