Automatically adding image tags to galleries should be possible using plugin hooks. Filtering galleries on image tags, and images on gallery tags should be considered.

The current implementation of caption handling also causes an `already in transaction` error during folder rename detection.

I've managed to reproduce this. It's a bit of an involved fix, so I likely won't fit it into a 0.26.x bugfix.

I've been wanting to implement something like this for a long time. Definitely on my radar.

The nearest to reproducing this I was able to get was my flicking my mouse over the marker video in the Markers tab, and only if `Enable Sound` was enabled...
