Is still in IntelliJ IDEA 2016.2.5 Build #IU-162.2228.15, built on October 14, 2016 same problem.

Bump. feb-2023 this is still an issue. a workaround would be minio.s3 package that is getting outdated and no longer works with R 4.2.2

+1 Might be no longer giving this error as soon as events are available

Hope you can also give a little example in the documentation like subscribing to a datafeed. Really boggeling my mind what to send to the command socket :)
