Looks like a kernel issue, try building with 6.2.8 kernel and that same patch. If that doesn't work then the patch needs to be fixed.
I'm not entirely sure where/when the issue first started, I'll have to ask intel.
The issue with rt5663 is the exact same one I have had with da7219. I'm going to do some testing of my own in the next few days and see...
I tested 6.3.7 on my snappy and da7219 works, so rt5663 might work on that too.
The patch may need to be fixed then.
