Yes on the device the animation starts from current battery level, but indeed I'm thinking about moolticute on the PC.

I just tested it with version 55.12-testing and it's still happening.

Have you tried changing the Systray icon color? Settings > Systray icon > White 

I think this solution could be useful in some cases. However according to Apple: [shared credentials](https://github.com/apple/password-manager-resources/blob/main/quirks/shared-credentials-historical.json) a lot of sites share completely different domains.
