The default unit of `size` is kb

是的，目前对 gif 的压缩还不太友好。 gif 压缩本身也比较复杂，而 image-conversion 完全依赖浏览器的API，所以能做的只能在 API 的范围之内。 而最新的 Chrome 目前也不支持 gif 压缩。 --- 我发这个库 [compress-images](https://github.com/semiromid/compress-images/) 支持node端的gif图片压缩，如果有条件，可以写一个node server 来尝试一下

浏览器类型和版本提供一下，方便的话提供一下原始图片

I reproduced the problem，in my [demo project](https://github.com/WangYuLue/Rudux-Multiple-Actions-one-dispatch-Demo) when I minus, it render one time; but when i add , it render four time;  it occur in Promise and SetTimeout;
