That's difficult to tell since there is so much garbage going on on FB. It's mostly the sponsored/suggested/whatever posts as far as I can tell.
Well is anyone going to update the official list?

I managed to find the filters elsewhere, and they stopped working in the past three or so days.
I guess these filters are abandoned now? No update for a year and they don't do anything.
