Based on my search, Heroku redis close the keyspace notification by default. I have log in my Heroku redis instance and "set notify-keyspace-events Ex", console shows "OK". But every() is...

@lykmapipo all requirements meet and notify-keyspace-events set to Ex. But still fail.
