Decoding a weaker mux between two strong ones is almost impossible with the RTL-SDR, despite toggling filter setting and other settings. It works perfectly will with a RSP1A.

There seems to be a problem with the libarries. 6.25 runs well with RTL V4 (not V3) and 6.V3 runs well with V3 (and not V4). Feedback? 73 Herman [My...
