java.io.FileNotFoundException: /tmp/agentXXXXXX.jar issue at tomcat startup avoiding the webapp to start

We have the same problem with java-11-amazon-corretto-headless on AL2. Temporarily solve the problem by removing log4j-cve-2021-44228-hotpatch.

External Secret show status as SecretSynced but there is NO Kubernetes Secret.

Meet the same issue when ExternalSecret name length is 50, make the name shorter solved the issue. Versions: External secrets chart version: v0.9.3
