X-Ray support

X-Ray traces can now be [passed through SQS](https://aws.amazon.com/about-aws/whats-new/2019/08/aws-x-ray-now-supports-amazon-sqs/?nc1=h_ls). I think the SQSListener must be extended to support this and set the tracing context. See the [AWS Tutorial](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/xray/latest/devguide/xray-services-sqs.html).
