Fixed nested non_field_errors source pointers

We should put `non_field_errors`, which DRF returns for nested fields with the correct pointers (instead of just putting them to root), so UI will be able to correctly highlight them.

When there is several uWSGI hosted applications\services which have own prometheus metrics it should be possible to aggregate this metrics by application label instead of 'stats_uri' label.
