Thanks to a new api, which is going to be added in 1.4.0, there will be open space for new commands. I would personally like to add at least those...

- Birch forest biome (id 27) does not have trees spawned, also grass should spawn there 

Blocks are moved 4 subchunks up in Nether and End dimensions

- Issue Description: All the blocks in Nether / End dimensions are moved 4 subchunks up. Interacting with those blocks makes the server show the real block at touched position....

Implement Caves

Since I found cave part generated already, I am reporting this too. With spectator mode I cannot find any caves in the underground.
