So far I'm not seeing anything unusual, however it seems like both logs get cut off... I am not seeing the log lines that say "VR is now turned on"....

Can you post the `KSP.log`? The `output_log.txt` doesn't do me any good to investigate

Just for completeness: can you run KSP with only the following: the `KerbalVR_v3.2.4_Debug` I posted above, and ModuleManager. No other mods. Then post the log here. Thanks!
