Bungeetablistplus is a tablist plugin, and does not have any effects on Nametags above their characters. You need a secondary plugin to be able to do anything with nametags.
I am also wishing for server switch messages, but I wish for a permission included in this, as I prefer having the switch messages show up for staff only.
