For now you can go on the monitor where you want to have the dock, then toggle it off and back on again.
On the Insiders version everything works fine but I usaly use Code-oss wich is also the version on wich I recordet this Video. [pasting-bug.zip](https://github.com/user-attachments/files/19055695/pasting-bug.zip) I can't upload the entire Video...
I see you using Mac OS as OS maybe this is the reason why you don't see this Issue on your machine because I use Arch Linux.
