Looks like a Windows issue, and I don't have Windows to test fixes. Look here: https://github.com/ValueRaider/yfinance-cache/blob/b418b163f9e12e46ccd20deea8bb79bc66f20c83/yfinance_cache/yfc_dat.py#L281-L287 I know you aren't running parallel, but `exchange_locks` needs to be initialised anyway.

If you really want to fix yourself: 1) find exchange here https://help.yahoo.com/kb/SLN2310.html 2) find equivalent here (xcal) https://github.com/gerrymanoim/exchange_calendars 3) add mapping to yfc_dat.py

The behavior of parameter “period” is inconsistent with yfinance

Reason: - yfinance sends period value to Yahoo - yfinance-cache converts period to start and end dates
