The behavior of parameter “period” is inconsistent with yfinance

in yfinance, parameter “period” means the only "trading" days, while in yfinance_cache, it means all the ordinary days (including weekends and holidays)

so, please you can check.

By the way, this is a great module offering cache capabilities, really appreciate that, keep going!

Reason:

yfinance sends period value to Yahoo
yfinance-cache converts period to start and end dates
