@pgleeson, thanks for your explanations. For the thiCa issue, my suggestion was based on [this calculation](https://github.com/openworm/muscle_model/blob/master/BoyleCohen2008/MatlabSupport/Main_Version/vclamp.m#L36), in which I guess 6 mM is the Ca concentration in the external solution...
@rgerkin, yes, in addition to [this](https://github.com/openworm/muscle_model/tree/master/BoyleCohen2008/MatlabSupport/Main_Version/data), in which you can find needed parameters like C_m, dense conductance, and e_rev for each channel.
@rgerkin, The link in your comment, is experimental data. And the link addressed by me is simulated data.
@slarson, Great, I was looking at the _sciunit+neuronunit_ documentation and samples, today. This issue also could be a good starting point for instrumenting the ion channel modeling pipeline with both...
[This](http://arohatgi.info/WebPlotDigitizer/app/) is an online version, and [this](http://digitizer.sourceforge.net/) is a stand-alone one. As an example, this is the digitized version for V=15 mv: And [this](https://plot.ly/~VahidGh/28) is the published Plotly version...
@rgerkin, the fig. 3A is taken from [Boyle & Cohen 2008](https://groups.google.com/group/openworm-discuss/attach/df619bba6defa84f/C.%20elegans%20Body%20Wall%20Muscles%20are%20Simple%20Actuators%20-%20Boyle,%20Cohen%20-%202007.pdf?part=0.2&authuser=0) paper. Which originally comes from Fig. 2B of [this study](http://doi.org/10.1083/jcb.200203055) which I've addressed how to access to data in...
@slarson, Regarding determining the set of ion channels in muscle cells, what could be inferred from different studies is that there are different ion channels being expressed in different muscle...
As for using ChannelWorm to build models for above mentioned channels, this could be a great case study to compare/validate results from different studies and methods. We have data for...
I have access to 2 pcs with 2 different graphic cards. One Ati and one Gforce. I'm not sure if it is possible to merge both of them using CUDA,...
@a-palyanov: I have a question -- Do we consider the weight of the worm in our simulations? Maybe it is slower when it is heavier?! On Wed, Dec 13, 2017...
