With the next release, the config will be shipped along with the patch, so this error should disappear.
I am looking into both issues. Sadly, neither of them are easy to solve.
Sadly I do not know what causes this. Will look into it.
For the next releases, I will switch to Ultimate ASI loader, so issues like this should go away.
