I personally don't use it. I could write an implementation if more people want this, but otherwise I would suggest to write it yourself. I can help if you can't...
If it supports webdav it should be relatively easy to implement this... I will see what I can do.

I looked into that, but you can't make API-calls without bearer-token which requires OAuth authentication... Makes it more difficult for users to set up.
Did you reboot your kobo after putting the tgz there? Does it disappear? Do you use de pre-built version?
That is possible. But not very likely. When does the file disappear?
@groentebroer @golflabel yes subfolder support for NextCloud/OwnCloud is done now! (#71) I will look into subdirectories support for the other services somewhere this/next week.
@deadlyknapsack I don't use Dropbox myself, but when I have time I will look into this
