Sizing of cards is weird

We should make the cards simply use `class="col-sm-3"` and get rid of the multiple `card-deck`.

The files are loaded from `merbroussard.webfactional.com` which is gone. But they are on [GitHub](https://github.com/fchirigati/sdp_curricula/tree/master/staticfiles), so the RPZ bundle can be fixed.
