Update: Capmonster.cloud is patched, anti-captcha has added support for Enterprise Hcaptcha just today and it's working pretty well.

There seems to be a hard-coded limit, if a large number of tokens join server real quickly, it'll give a captcha 100% of the times. I'm not completely sure but...
