Still investigating but it seems like downloadig a BO2 .wux from the net \*cough\*mario cube\*cough\* and converting this into wup format produces corrupted files. Also the error message we copied...
It's a bug with JWUDTool creating corrupted .app files for this specific title. Try to convert with wud2app instead.
