Playlist fails on third video

When downloading a public playlist from Youtube, the download always fails on third video with the message

ERROR: Conversion failed!

Because that all the remaining videos are skipped.

I can't reproduce the issue. Do you have an example URL.

Hello, thank you for the reply.

I made a mistake, it's not always the third video that fails. I had this problem with videos at varying indexes.

I selected the 1080p (HD) download option.
