Build and Install

It is hard to click `apktool.yml` and again clicking `app.apk` to install it. It would be great if there is option to build and install in single click.

[YouTube] speed throttled

Network speed throttled while downloading YouTube videos. Even at the maximum only 200kbps is the download speed.
