Clerance of PCB to chacis in charging dock

Current PCB standoffs are 6mm long and this only gives 1.4mm of clearance for the contacts on the PCB. Consider increasing from 6mm to 7 or 8mm.

@kikipov28 Just so you know, this issue should go in the ubiquity_main repository, the learn repository is for issues regarding the documentation. I have transferred this issue for now, but wanted to let you know.
