A 40mm square set of M3 holes in bottom of chassis for upward blowing 12V fan

As we move forward on Pi4 as well as possible other Nvidia Nano and so on I feel we should place 4 m3 holes in the bottom of our chassis. We could mount a standard 12V fan a centimeter above the floor of the chassis that was able to push air up. We then align any heat shinks we choose for Pi 4 to be vertical fins so air flows through them. The Jetson nano is already in correct vertical fin orientation. We already will have with rev 5.2 a fan jack near there so hookup will be easy.
