我下某个很大的种子的时候注意到了这个问题： 一些BT用户似乎是直接上行限速个1-200Kb，导致几乎和吸血雷一样吸其他用户的血（如下）  大家的上行带宽跑满也只在30-50Mbps左右，给一些人这么吸血那其他需要的人怎么办？ 所以我想，能不能将上传与下载的比值绑定？获取一下对方的总上传和总下载，如果一段时间内上传远远小于下载，就断开这个连接？
