No directory for C:/Program files/lua

i know program files but there is no directory for a lua the installer need a directory for the lua because it goes to the directory before it creates it...

Not changing my size when going through portals

When I go Through the portal it shows it will change my size before I go through. But when I go through it's the normal size. Can anybody explain this...
