Custom Permissions

I want to enable the `com.termux.permission.RUN_COMMAND` permission however there is no way to enable custom permissions for APKs. Could you please add this as a feature?

Getting error that the platform is not supported. Using a console project. Is this on purpose? I believe most apps can make HTTP requests no issue
