clearScreen performs a full reset on some terminals

👋 We just had this issue reported which said `\x1bc` (from [`clearScreen`](https://github.com/sindresorhus/ansi-escapes/blob/2b3b59c56ff77a2afdee946bff96f1779d10d775/index.js#L80)) in xterm.js behaves differently to Terminal.app/iTerm https://github.com/xtermjs/xterm.js/issues/3315. We behave as xterm/VTE does and don't think we should change...
