Remove localization for ingredient names

Hello, first of all, I love Noitatool! Great Job! However, I kinda dislike the localization of ingredient names as it looses precision. E.g. I get the Germen translation: "Merkwürdiger Pils", which translates to "Weird Fungus". However, I cant be sure if its Weird Fungus, Suspicious Fungus etc .... As everything in Noita (wiki etc.) is in English, I dont see the benefit for the translation.

I`d therefore suggest removing it or adding a checkbox to switch to English as default.
