Question: RecursionError: maximum recursion depth exceeded while decoding a JSON array from a unicode string

I ran into this too. I had to add GCP_LOCATION into my env. e.g. `GCP_LOCATION=europe-west1` After that I also had to add `GCP_SERVICE_ACCOUNT=serviceaccountemail` but that's another issue.
