新版代码的一些问题

1. 网络配置文件里面的plugin/fudet 与 文件结构的 plugin/futr3d不匹配；
2. tool/dist_train.sh文件格式有问题，解析错误，需要拷贝内容重新创建一个。sh文件；
3. lidar_cam：File "/share/futr3d_torch112/futr3d_rc1006/mmdet3d/datasets/pipelines/transforms_3d.py", line 970, in call radar_mask = radar.in_range_3d(self.pcd_range) AttributeError: 'dict' object has no attribute 'in_range_3d'
