+1 On having an openSUSE OBS Mullvad repo, something like "home:mullvad:mullvadvpn-app", even better if cross-distro; Or what about simply removing "dbus-libs" from the rpm package installation requisites?

I believe you need to map it to "0.0.0.0:hostport:containerport", in your case "0.0.0.0:9000:9000", where 0.0.0.0 stands for "listen on all network interfaces, not just the docker host machine's internal network;...
