CRAFT-train README provides wrong folder name

As one can see in the image, the folder name "ch4_training_localization_transcription_gt" appears twice in the CRAFT-train README. I assume the second one should be "ch4_test_localization_transcription_gt". ![Image](https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/78dbfb7c-79da-4b9f-9da2-b36772f69190)

Is this repo dead? LICENSE change request

As there was no new release for > 1 year now, will the development of this repository continue at some point? If not, please consider changing the license to `MIT`...
