whenever I open a program the starting installation is running but after that it just doesn't run the full program. It even usually crashes mobox aswell.

so I'm trying to open up Adobe Flash Cs6 and it opens with all the stuff it needs to run. But then it just randomly freezes my cursor still moves...

so I'm trying to install a program and whenever I get to the installation part this shows up:  How do I fix it?
