Can you confirm which Rollup version the problem started with?
After version 4.32.1, we updated some Rust packages. I'm not sure if this update is the cause of the issue, as I don't have a Windows computer to verify it...
Version 4.27.x introduces a big architectural change. We would greatly appreciate it if you could provide a minimal reproduction or more relevant information to help us fix this issue.
